Yes. It is common in the moving industry to have minimum working hours. Usually we charge a minimum of two hours of labor and one hour of travel. We charge one hour or one hour and thirty minutes for any local move, it depends on the distance.
Non. Disassembly and reassembly (table legs, bed frames, desks, etc.) are included in your moving time at no additional cost. For more complex and heavy items (piano, pool tables, marble, etc.) you will need to contact us.
No. The rate is the same for weekdays and weekends. The price depends on the date, in the middle of the month it is cheaper. The last five days and the first five days of the month are more expensive.
Yes, but the original cardholder must sign a “Credit Card Authorization Form” at your pickup or delivery address.
